1. Shanghai Blues
Shanghai Blues is a truly Tsui Hark classic.
Unfortunatly, it is very hard to watch it because there is no DVD nor VCD available. What
a pity! Here you may still enjoy a sample from an old video tape.

2. Once Upon A Time In China
The classic Huang Fei-hung theme song was modernised by Jackie Chan in the
Once Upon A Time In China series by Tsui Hark. As it's a well known song we prefered
to give you the Aunt Yee theme song. You may find the original soundtrack on the Internet.

3. The Phantom Lover
Composed
and produced by a Chris Babida, this score lakes maybe of a typical Chinese sound. He
wrote indeed an occidental music score, very symphonic and romantic. However, the theme
song here is sung by Leslie Cheung and displays somehow a deep emotion. This is the only
song by Leslie of the album.
Soundtrack available: edited by Rock Records in HK, 20 tracks,

4. Aces Go Places, aka Mad Mission
This score, a bit more modern, is from the culte movie Aces Go Places.
It is one of Sam Hui greatest tunes from the Mad Mission series.
Don't forget that he is the father of Canto-pop and he launched the trend of the theme
sung in Cantonese in HK movies. Him and his brothers, Michael & Ricky, were the Hk
superstars of comedies in the 70's and 80's.
