If his name is associated with lot of successfull movies made during these last twenty years, Ching Siu-tung has never become one of the major figures of his generation. it should be said that, like msot of the director-choreographers, he often assists others directors. it is perhaps what is more remarkable among director-choreographers, and in particular with Ching Siu-tung. Indeed, with opposite of our Western authors who reaffirm their personality, better than whoever, he was able to become integrated with the projects in which he took part but too to bring them his own style. A movie is a collective work.
