Early September, the HK Independent Short Film and Video Awards (ifva) recently launched its annual competition during a press conference at the HK Arts Centre.

Amy Lee reports on the meeting and we also introduce the ifva event as it is a very important event for the independent and video scene in HK that was created 10 years ago.
